HYDRAULIC SNUBBING / WORKOVER

The company's backbone. Since 2013 we operate TITAN 460K

hydraulic units for live-well rehabilitation under pressure — a

safer, more efficient alternative to conventional rigs, with no

need to kill the well. Applications:

A first in western Venezuela: we are the first company to successfully execute artificial-lift method changes with a snubbing unit on a live well, converting naturally flowing wells to electric submersible pump (ESP) systems.

ESP INSTALLATION SUPPORT

Through our workover/snubbing units we facilitate the

installation of electric submersible pumps and their cable:

running the completion, surface cable handling and landing in

the well.

SLICKLINE & HEAVY DUTY WIRELINE

Specialists since 2004, with five owned units (0.092", 0.108" and

0.125" lines) and a continuously expanding tool inventory. Precise interventions to maintain and optimize well performance:

gauging, cleanouts, tool setting and retrieval, and more — on land

and over lake wells from our vessels.

WELL SERVICING - PULLING RIGS

With rigs Oil King I, II and III (350, 350 and 550 HP) we perform well servicing and rehabilitation/workover (RA/RC): downhole

equipment replacement, rod strings, pumps and major

maintenance.

LAKE OPERATIONS & TRANSPORT

Company fleet on Lake Maracaibo: crew boats Carlotta 1 and

Chaguita II — rigged for wireline work and well connections — and

supply barge Stella Bay, with berths for 16 crew, a 15-ton crane

and water/diesel transport capability.

FIELD SUPPORT & 24/7 MONITORING

Specialized heavy machinery transport with owned cranes up to

150 tons, fully equipped camps and catering throughout the

operation. In-house developed surveillance tower with live

cameras: every job is supervised in real time, raising safety and traceability.
